Our after-sales support period is 30 days from the delivery date shown on the tracking information.

We will cover replacement or reshipping costs in the following situations, provided valid proof is supplied:

Eligible Cases Covered by Us

1. 
   Faulty or damaged items
   
   Proof is required (photos or videos).
   
2. 
   Missing items in the package
   
   Proof is required (clear unboxing photos or videos).
   
3. 
   Marked as delivered but not received
   
   Customers must provide official proof of loss issued by the local post office or logistics provider after investigation.
   
   The document must clearly show:
   
   
   Tracking number
   
   
   Customer name
   
   
   Confirmation that the package is lost
   
   
   
4. 
   Packages lost in transit
   
   If tracking has not been updated for over 30 days, the package will be considered lost.
   
5. 
   Delayed deliveries
   
   
   If there are no tracking updates for more than 15 days but less than 30 days, and the logistics provider confirms the package is lost, we will cover the replacement.
   
   
   If the logistics provider confirms the package is still in transit, replacement costs will not be covered.
   
   
   
6. 
   Returned packages requiring reshipment
   
   If a package is returned to us and needs to be resent to a different address, we will cover reshipping once the logistics provider confirms the package can be resent.
   
   Please note that return processing can take 6–60 days.
   

Non-Covered Situations

  Requests outside the 30-day after-sales period

  Reshipping requests for reasons not listed above (reshipping fees will apply)

  Delays caused by:
  
  
  Weather conditions
  
  
  Customs inspections
  
  
  Strikes
  
  
  Political or governmental factors
